The Gold Report represents the highest standard of scouting evaluation — an elite-level player assessment conducted by Chief Scouts and Senior Analysts with 20+ years of Premier League and international experience.

This report mirrors the same structure, language, and depth used within professional club recruitment departments, offering players, agents, and clubs a true professional benchmark of performance and potential.

Every Gold Report combines IPSO’s world-renowned scouting methodology with NTScout’s talent expertise — providing an unbiased, globally recognized assessment that stands up in professional football environments.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Game Footage

Send us a full 90-minute match video (no highlight clips).

Provide 1–2 full match videos for review.

Footage should clearly capture full involvement, positioning, and decision-making.

Additional performance clips (if applicable) may be accepted for context.

2. Elite Scouting Review

Conducted by an IPSO Chief Scout or Senior Instructor, the evaluation covers :

Technical Mastery – precision, technique, and control under pressure.

Tactical Intelligence – adaptability, anticipation, and decision speed.

Physical Attributes – strength, explosiveness, endurance, and mobility.

Mentality & Attitude – leadership, work ethic, professionalism.

Game Impact – influence in key moments, consistency, and awareness.

3. Comprehensive Professional Report

You’ll receive a Premier League–style report, structured as follows :

Player Overview – background, position, and system suitability.

Full Scouting Report – technical, tactical, physical, and mental sections.

Performance Benchmarking – comparison against positional standards at the professional level.

Development Recommendations – targeted insights to elevate readiness.

Final Scout Projection – summary statement from the IPSO Chief Scout.

4. One-on-One Feedback Session

A private Zoom meeting with your IPSO Chief Scout for :

Verbal walkthrough of the full report.

Clarification of findings and player potential.

Practical career and development recommendations.
